✅ 1. Expertise in the Field

• Proven track record in your area of specialization (education, certifications, years of experience).

• Published research, articles, case studies, or books.

• Recognized accomplishments or leadership roles in your industry.

• Affiliation with a reputable organization or institution.

✅ 2. Speaking Experience

• Prior speaking engagements at conferences, webinars, workshops, or corporate training.

✅ 3. Relevant and Timely Topic

• Should address real-world challenges, provide solutions, or offer innovative insights.

• Unique perspective or original content is a strong plus.

✅ 4. Professional Reputation

• Positive online presence (LinkedIn, personal website, articles, podcasts, etc.).

• Endorsements or referrals from peers or past event organizers.

• No history of ethical or professional misconduct.

✅ 5. Proposal Submission

• Submit a well-crafted abstract or proposal, typically including:

  • Session title

  • Learning objectives

  • Target audience

  • Format (talk, panel, workshop)

  • Speaker bio and headshot

✅ 6. Availability & Commitment

• Willingness to attend the event in person.

• Able to meet deadlines for slides, bios, and other materials.

• Open to pre-event coordination or rehearsals if required.
